SW6 Together
The crime rate in London has been increasing dramatically for over 3 years now. Even the most residential areas are affected by the increase of violence act. One of these areas is Fulham, known as a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. In Fulham houses get broken into, people are being robbed, cars are stolen and these incidents happen almost every day. But people always tend to wait for someone else to take action. As Fulham-resident creatives, we want to take immediate action and change things in our neighbourhood. We want to gather people of SW6 together and raise our voices against crime. The project aims to inform people and push legal authorities to take action to prevent criminal activities in SW6. Instead of using a scary language, we wanted to take a softer approach and use lyrics of well-known songs to emphasize the sense of unity.
